Gemma made sure Propeller worked. She has lots of experience in software development and in marketing.
Louise Kavanagh - Strategy
Louise led the creation of Propeller and made sure that people used it. She was Assistant Director – Communications at Catch22.

Andy writes the code behind Propeller and has built it from the ground up.

Asi Panditharatna - Employability
Asi provides insights on the needs of job seekers and employers. He is Director of Apprenticeships and Employability at Catch22, supporting over 2,000 people every year.
Scott Colfer - Product
Scott provides insights on user-centered services and led the development of Propeller in 2015. He is Product Manager at Ministry of Justice Digital and teaches at General Assembly.
Joanna Kostopoulou - Impact
Joanna ensures Propeller achieves its social impact goals as part of the Google Impact Challenge. She is Not for Profit Manager for Google.org and Associate Partner Manager for Google UK.
Adrian Taylor - Social Housing
Adrian wrote the proposal for Propeller whilst working as a Project Manager at Catch22. He is now working at The Guinness Partnership and is helping to market Propeller to other Housing Associations.
Elaine Floodgate PC.dp - Information Security
Elaine ensures that Propeller keeps its users’ information secure and practises privacy by design. She is Assistant Director of Governance at Catch22 and a certified Data Protection Officer.
Duncan Pearse - Social Action
Duncan provides valuable knowledge of the youth social action market. He is Director at Catch22 and strategic lead for National Citizen Service delivery to over 5,000 young people each year.
